When we set up our first unit three years ago we made pretty much every rookie mistake you can make, bought containers that were the wrong dimensions for our shelving, underestimated how much vertical clearance we'd need for forklift operation, chose a supplier based on whoever got back to us first rather than any real evaluation. It worked out eventually but there was a painful six month period of fixing things that should have been right from the start. Now that we're opening a second facility I'm determined to actually think it through properly before we start buying anything. Part of that process has been looking specifically for trusted crate and logistics services for companies that operate at a similar scale to us, because I've learned that suppliers who mainly deal with much larger enterprises often aren't set up to give smaller operations the attention you need when you're customizing container specs or adjusting orders mid cycle. I found CrateCo Pack LLC on a UAE business directory while narrowing down Ajman based suppliers and they came up in the industrial packaging category which is squarely what we're looking for. What I'm hoping to hear from people who've opened a second site is whether you essentially replicated your first storage setup or used it as an opportunity to fix the things that didn't work first time around, and whether mixing systems across two locations created any headaches down the line or whether it was manageable visit here https://uae.enrollbusiness.com/BusinessProfile/7642476/CRATECO-PACK-LLC-Ajman.
