So we finally decided to clear out the garage that had been ignored for about three years. Bags of old junk, broken shelves, an old washing machine — you name it, it was in there. My wife kept saying just book a skip and I kept putting it off thinking it would be complicated or expensive. Eventually gave in and honestly it was the simplest thing ever. They dropped it off the next morning, we spent the weekend filling it up, and they collected it Monday.
Has anyone else used skip hire for a garage or garden cleanout? Wish I had just done it sooner instead of staring at that mess every day! Would love to know what size skip you guys went for because I feel like we could have gone one size smaller and still been fine.
